After 20 – 30 min of moderate to intense hike further from umbrella point, one reaches the area where CDA had installed benches to sit and waste bins to throw any trash. CDA had done an excellent job to mark with organic and inorganic waste bins making easier to manage trash. Sunset views sitting on those benches take you to another level of memory lane and ecstasy.
Faisal Masjid and Valley Views from Trail 3B
The breath-taking artistic panoramic view of Faisal Masjid is icing on the cake for nature lovers. On a cloudy day the shades of green becomes more vibrant and the valley views are stunning to observe. For nature photography lovers, this spot at trail 3B Islamabad is an excellent place to bring your camera and click some jaw-dropping images.
Connection of Trail 3B with Trail 5
From the benches area there are different paths; one heading straight towards Monal restaurant, 45 degree path towards right direction connects you with trail 5 Islamabad. If you take right at 0 – 10 degrees that route is return path of trail 3 Islamabad and takes you to parking area.
Water Stream at Trail 5 Islamabad
From connecting point of trail 3B, water stream is around 20 – 30 minutes of decline hike. The fresh water stream at trail 5 Islamabad is the main attraction and one finds lot of people sitting and drinking water. The water is safe to consume. This point also had a prayer mat.
Time from Trail3B to Trail5 and Back
From the water stream point at trail 5 Islamabad it took around 30 – 40 minutes at easy to moderate pace of trekking to reach back the parking area of trail 3 Islamabad where you had parked your vehicle.
